How to place an order

You have three options:

 

1. One-of-a-kind piece > The item is available and you want it! (€)
2. Customized > The item isn’t available, but I can make it on request in a different fabric (or similar)! (€€)
3. Made to measure > The item is available but you’d like it in a different size or fabric, and that’s possible! (€€€)

 

For every style you find, you can request your own variant with a fabric of your choice and have it made to your measurements, with any customization you’d like.

 

Classic sizes XS, S, M, L can be complemented with made-to-measure adjustments or small alterations.

 

Always write to me with all the details and what you need, and I’ll be happy to help.

I’ll be clear in explaining all the necessary steps and transparent about production costs. Once you’ve received all the information, you’ll feel free to decide whether to go ahead, ask for installment payments, or wait for the best moment for you. I’ll keep your data safe, have you sign the privacy consent, and remain available whenever you decide.

 

Always keep in mind that production times can vary depending on the time of year (holidays, vacations, fabric shortages, etc.).

If the product is no longer available, it’s possible to offer the same style in a different or similar fabric to the one you saw. In this case too, fill out the form on the product page to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment for information on fabrics, colors and price. (€€) The price of the item may vary depending on the fabric.

 

3. Made to measure

If the product is no longer available, it’s possible to offer the style in a different or similar fabric to the one you saw. In this case too, fill out the form on the product page to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment for information on fabrics, colors, measurements and price. (€€€) The price of the item may vary depending on the fabric and measurements.

 

In both cases 2 and 3 it’s possible to have a piece made to measure just for you — once again, fill out the form on the product page for the starting style, noting any preferences, customizations and needs, and you’ll be contacted to discuss it further. I’ll recommend the best and quickest solution and listen to your needs and wishes. Together we’ll design your style!!

 

Size Guide

 

Follow the instructions in the video; for any questions, clarifications or a little help from home, write to me.
 

What you’ll need: a tailor’s tape measure, paper, pen and ink, patience, a full-length mirror.
 

 

For questions about fit and quick style advice, feel free to write to me, or we can talk on the phone or via WhatsApp and have a virtual coffee together while we chat.
 

Made to Measure

Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned under any circumstances, but you can request any adjustments needed to meet your requirements. The price of the item or the adjustment will be communicated once its characteristics (fabric, measurements, finishes) are defined.

 

I’ll be happy to explain everything in detail, even over the phone if you’d like.

 

As a general guide, the price of a made-to-measure piece is about 25% higher than the starting item.

Keep in mind that a made-to-measure, customized piece can take a month or more to complete, depending on the specific request. I’ll be happy to give you an estimated timeframe when you make your request.

For all available products, payment is due at the time of order, before shipping.
For all customized and made-to-measure products, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due before shipping.
We can arrange installment payments based on your needs!

 

Shipping and Delivery

Let me know right away where you live and where you’d like your order shipped, so I can give you the most accurate timing. If you live abroad, we can agree on shipping costs together.
Delivery times will be provided once payment has been received.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

I’m confident you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you have any concerns, please contact me by email at info@rraro.it, detailing your request and explaining your reasons clearly.

 

You may return the purchase of a non-customized item if you wish.
Returns are accepted for an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be intact, clean, unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. All tags, packaging and accessories must be included with the return.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless otherwise specified, unless the package or item arrived already damaged (in which case, thank you for kindly sending me a photo with the details right away).
